By solving this, PayPal has changed and improved the opportunities of secure online purchases. During couple of years new mobile payment services have developed around the world. They are quick, safe and simple. Especially in the market of peer-to-peer PayPal will meet more competition in the future. Another big challenge of PayPal will be if more online retailers follow Amazon.com´s example and start using their own payment options and by this isolate PayPal as a payment option.
