I also want to understand which kind of embeddedness that leads to a higher level of entrepreneurial success. Methodology: This research is a qualitative case study with an abductive approach. The empirical data has been collected through semi-structured interviews with five novice and priory disembedded entrepreneurs. Theoretical perspective: This study addresses the dilemma of disembedded novice entrepreneurs and the process of how they embed and reach entrepreneurial success. Empirical foundation: The empirical material focuses on understanding the novice entrepreneur’s embeddedness process. Conclusions: Novice entrepreneurs overcome disembeddedness with the assistance of weak, strong and new ties as well as third party referrals.
