Primitiva adaptiva robotprogram

Abstract: This thesis is an evaluation of the machine intelligence ideas presented in D.L. Heisermann's book Projects in machine intelligence for your home computer. It also contains ideas concerning improvements and systematization of the problem of selecting one output signal, among several, after an input signal sequence.

The main concern of the thesis is how to collect and make use of background knowledge. The problem is treated with the help of automata theory, theory of probability and statistics, and as an extrapolation machine problem.
