Analys och prediktion av bostadsrättens pris i Stockholms innerstad med hjälp av multipel regressionsanalys.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out which factors have impact on residential and commercial prices in Stockholm inner city, and to what extent, and to create a model that can predict the price. For these purposes multiple regression analysis is used. The model assumes that an absolute change in one factor gives a relative change in the price. Data on the final price, apartment’s and regions characteristics were collected and added to the model. The model was improved by excluding of non-significant variables. The results are presented in tables and charts. With use of those importance of each factor can be read off and the final price predicted. The final model is considered to be satisfying the study’s purpose.
