Offentlig samverkan i klimatfrågan

Abstract: This essay investigates a case of public interaction in the field of climate change. The three levels of public management in Skåne, Sweden (municipality, regional and county) are currently engaged in a form of cooperation to bring together the three forms of political responsibility in one committee. It is a new approach to the climate issue and the aim of this thesis is to evaluate the theoretic possibilities of this new political body to prevail in their targets. For this the political body (Klimatsamverkan skåne, KSS) will be examined and classified into one of the four poetic logics; romance, tragedy, comedy and satire. The purpose of this is to determine the adequacy of the organizational form for the work area. The characteristics of the poetic logics contributes differently to the work to coordinate private companies, general demands and public law with each other. Which logic that is deployed in the system and how well it is used can tell us a lot of this projects chances of success.
