A Comprehensive Survey to Identify System Concepts & ICT Requirements of IRAN Intelligent Transportation System (IRAN ITS)

Abstract: This thesis report describes the survey carried out in order to study the ITS practices in Sweden and Europe and indentifying their successes and failures as well as technical specifications. Furthermore, a requirement analysis work has been taken into account to identify the needs and requirements of ITS development in Iran from both business and technical aspects. This thesis aims to conclude and come up with a plan about the development strategy and system architecture of Iran ITS.
