1. A unified view of a family of soliton equations related to spin Calogero-Moser systems
University essay from KTH/FysikAbstract : We study the interconnections between the spin Benjamin-Ono (sBO) and half-wave maps (HWM) equations, a pair of nonlinear partial integro-differential equations that have recently been found to permit multi-soliton solutions, where the time evolution of the constituent solitons can be described in terms of the well-known, completely integrable, spin Calogero-Moser (sCM) system. By considering a symmetry transformation of the sCM dynamics we are led to introduce a scale parameter into the sBO equation, yielding what we call the rescaled sBO (rsBO) equation, which has both the sBO and HWM equations as special cases. 3. Integration of Hydrogen Production via Water Electrolysis at a CHP Plant : A feasibility study
University essay from Luleå tekniska universitet/Institutionen för teknikvetenskap och matematikAbstract : Hydrogen gas (H2), that is not produced from fossil oil or natural gas, is expected to become a cornerstone in the energy transition strategy in Europe. The recent years, technological and economic advances in the electrolyzer area, along with political and corporate support, have put H2 at the forefront of many countries’ climate change agenda. 4. Gaussian Process Methods for Estimating Radio Channel Characteristics
University essay from KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Abstract : Gaussian processes (GPs) as a Bayesian regressionmethod have been around for some time. Since proven advant-ageous for sparse and noisy data, we explore the potential ofGaussian process regression (GPR) as a tool for estimating radiochannel characteristics. READ MORE
