    Abstract : The current thesis aims to identify the presence of discrimination effecting intersectional women, focusing on the intersection of gender identity (cisgender versus transgender) and ethnicity (Swedish versus Arabic) in the recruitment process, in relation to two job positions of kindergarten teacher and kindergarten principal.
