    Abstract : This thesis has been divided into two essential parts, the purpose of the first part is to investigate and explore a three-tier architecture for remote health monitoring system capable to collect, store and forward the physiological data, which has been collected by a mobile device via a bluetooth connection from body sensors, to an internet data base server.
