    Abstract : This research overall aims to ​investigate the GAP (Southern Eastern Anatolia Project) of Turkey and its approach in the years between 1989 and 2018 by answering the main question:'How can the GAP's(​Southern Eastern Anatolia Project)approach as a developmental state project on women in the region be understood by applying a critical feminist perspective? This question has been examined with the help of critical discourse analysis (CDA) and feminist CDA in order to look at the problem from a more critical feminist approach.
