    Abstract : Dissociative identity disorder (previously known as multiple personality disorder) often results from severe trauma during early childhood and is considered as the most severe and chronic manifestation of the dissociative disorders. This study aims to explore therapies used on patients with dissociative identity disorder and to obtain an overview of the dissociative identity disorder situation in Sweden according to the experts’ perspectives.
