  1. 1. Design of solvent vapor annealing tool and study of kinetics of selfassembly of block copolymers for nano-lithography

    University essay from Lunds universitet/Fasta tillståndets fysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen

    Author : Chujun Wang; [2020]
    Keywords : Physics and Astronomy;

    Abstract : Block copolymer lithography is a very promising candidate for nanoscale fabrication and is economically viable. It provides a high resolution, inexpensive, and straightforward approach to nano-size patterning. In this thesis, fundamental concepts and theories of block copolymer lithography are introduced. Author : MIN WANG; [2012]
    Keywords : Genetic Algorithm GA ; Time Table Problem TTP ; Selection; Crossover; Mutation;

    Abstract : Genetic Algorithm (GA) as a class of Evolutionary Algorithm (EA) is a search algorithm based on the mechanics of natural selection and natural genetics. This dissertation presents the description, solving procedures and application of GA. READ MORE

  3. 3. Development and application of a solidphase extraction method for simultaneousdetermination of PAHs, oxy-PAHs andazaarenes in water samples

    University essay from Umeå universitet/Kemiska institutionen

    Author : Yu Wang; [2012]
    Keywords : ;

    Abstract : In this study, a solid phase extraction (SPE) method was developed that can be used toextract a wide range of polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs), including polycyclicaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), oxygenated PAHs (oxy-PAHs) and azaarenes, fromwater samples. Three commercially available SPE materials, i.e. READ MORE

  4. 4. Seasonal and inter-annual variability of soil respiration at Skyttorp, a Swedish boreal forest

    University essay from Lunds universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografi och ekosystemvetenskap

    Author : Min Wang; [2012]
    Keywords : Skyttorp; chamber system; soil respiration; CO2 flux; geography; physical geography; Earth and Environmental Sciences;

    Abstract : The ecosystem carbon balance is the net result of CO2 uptake by photosynthesis and CO2 emission through ecosystem respiration and soil respiration is a major part of ecosystem respiration. Soil CO2 fluxes were continuously measured from August 2005 to November 2008 with an automatic chamber system at a boreal forest site in central Sweden to investigate the annual and seasonal variations of soil respiration (Rs) and its dependence on soil temperature and soil moisture.
