   Abstract : Surface chemistry and electrical properties of InAs and InP III-V semiconductor nanowires and nanowire based devices were studied using Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM) and Spectroscopic Emission and Low Energy Electron Microscopy (SPELEEM).
