Hydraulics Studies In Port Conception

Abstract: In the Maritime Works Engineering department of Saipem, studies have been carried out to design an extension to an existing LNG export facility. The scope of work comprises the design of a jetty on piles. For this purpose, wave propagation and ship mooring computations have been performed, as well as shore protection and abutment studies. These studies were preceded by meteocean site data and bathymetry analysis.
