Abstract: Canada and Sweden receives unaccompanied minors and implements the CRC in a similar and different way for them. This work deals with what rights there are written for unaccompanied minors. How do the countries live up to the CRC for unaccompanied minors? This work gives a little understanding how it can look like in two countries that have different political regimes.
