Abstract: The objective with this thesis is to investigate how Hands should develop anInternet based communication strategy for its decision support systemAtlantic. This investigation was conducted through a case study and themethods we used were theory search and interviews.The results of the study show that the customers do not use the websiteregularly,therefore we do not recommend Hands to use the Internet as a singlecommunication tool. Instead, we give Hands a recommendation to develop itsclassic marketing in form of participation in trades, advertising intechnical magazines and sponsor itself on the Internet.Additionally, the interviews show that the customers? opinion of the productis overall positive regarding the user interface, the usability, and the userfriendliness.
