Abstract: The business plan fully describes the plan for tutorial service in China. After the author completing a comprehensive market analysis for Chinese university graduates groups, she made the plan of tutorial service company for helping those graduates to find a good job and solving career problems for people. The plan contains nine parts and includes information of company description, market analysis, management team, implementation task, risk assessment, financial analyses and offers to investors. The author aims to making a concrete business plan which can give an effective instruction for the entrepreneur to implement this business, seize the opportunities and exploit China graduates students market.
