Abstract: The project consists of the heavy rehabilitation of a building from the 1950s, consisting of9236 square meter in two buildings, separated by an expansion joint: one building wasused as a car park and the other as offices and accommodation. It is located in the heartof Paris, in the 17th arrondissement, at 40 rue Legendre. It is located on a 15-metre-wideplot of land 100 metres deep. The project involves the creation of two independentestablishments with a mixed structure of steel posts and beams and concrete. A 5' hotelresulting from the partial demolition of the office building as well as a coworking buildingresulting from the redevelopment of the existing car park building, including the partialdemolition of the facades, the interior redevelopment and the upgrading to accessibilityand safety standards. The development will focus on the latter building.The coworking facility represents 5561 m² consists of 2 ground floors, 5 upper floors and1 basement level. It will be the location for various activities such as :1) Basement 1, a fitness area, technical rooms2) On the lower ground floor, reception, cafés and auditorium3) On the upper ground floor, double height reception, offices4) Ground floor (R+2 to R+5), offices5) On the ground floor, terrace accessible to the public, kiosk.
