Performance Evaluation of Digital Signa lProcessing Architectures Running an Acoustic Echo Cancellation Software

Abstract: TrueVoice is a speech enhancement software by Limes Audio AB. It improves the quality of the speech signal by using methods such as acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction. The real time signal processing of TrueVoice puts some specic requirements on the hardware, which makes some processors more suitable than others to run the code. This thesis looks for good digital signal processor candidates to port the TrueVoice code to.
