Abstract: A comparison between two different testing frameworks Behave and PyUnit is demonstrated. PyUnit is TDD driven and Behave is BDD driven. The method SBTS shows that Behave enforces better quality of software in the maintainability branch than PyUnit. The Gherkin language used in Behave is easy to read and widens the scope of protentional testers. Although Behave is not as fine grained with the cover of the tests than PyUnit since Behave is limited to the behaviour of the system.
