Abstract: Background: As the demand for medical care increased, the WHO predicted that many new medical jobs would be created in the future. The world would face a shortage of nurses. Organizational climate, as an important factor, would affect the employment of nurses.Aim: To describe the level of organizational climate and its association with work-related factors among nurses.Method: A descriptive literature review was conducted by searching scientific articles with a quantitative approach in the database PubMed. Finally, 10 articles were adopted to synthesize the similarities and differences. Results: Among these 10 articles, seven articles identified the score of the level of organizational climate, which gained the degree of organizational level through description. However, three other articles did not point out the level of organizational climate. The work-related factors of nurses mainly include nurses’ psychology, nurses’ views and attitudes towards work, physical condition and nurses’ behaviors related to patients. The results showed that organizational climate was negatively correlated with adverse factors such as stress and burnout, and positively correlated with positive work-related factors such as job involvement. Conclusion: The organizational climate among nurses was generally high. A good organizational climate can improve nurses’ job involvement, relieve pressure, and reduce burnout. Therefore, nursing managers should create a good organizational climate to improve the working environment of nurses, thus enhancing the quality of nursing. Keywords: Nurses, Organizational climate, Work-related factors
