Abstract: This thesis presents a way to maximise the photographic coverage of Phobos, one of the two Martian moons, as part of the space mission Mars Moon eXplorer. This coverage is performed by the French hyperspectral imager MacrOmega, and two criteria are selected: the area covered and the resolution of the pictures. The approach considered is a greedy algorithm, and elements of basic theory are provided. This greedy approach is compared to a chronological algorithm, whose results were already approved for the mission.
