    Abstract : Denna uppsats utreder huruvida det går att identifiera en särskild rättsordning vad gäller fördelningen av internationellt ansvar mellan EU och dess medlemsstater under blandade avtal, det vill säga internationella avtal som undertecknats av EU och vissa eller alla dess medlemsstater på ena sidan, och en tredje stat eller internationell organisation på den andra.
