Technology-led Digitalization of "Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan" and its impact on Agricultural Growth

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the digitalization of ADBP and then how it impacts the agricultural growth of the country.  A qualitative approach is adopted in this research. Interviews of ADBP, ZTBP officials we conducted to collect the primary data and to find out the answer to the research questions. This research confirms alignment between the theoretical and empirical studies by presenting the comparative analysis in the last section. Further, this research explains that adaptability, observability, compatibility, relative advantage, led to the adoption of digital banking and digitalization of the banking sector helpful for their customers
