    Abstract : Abstract Within the conceptual framework of biopolitics and political theology, the author draws from the work of Foucault, Agamben, Derrida, Benjamin, and Schmitt to discuss the historical and theoretical conditions for an aesthetic theory structured according to a legal logic.
