    Abstract : Background and problem: The Covid-19-pandemic has led to changes in society and resulted in companies having to change their work location-based environment to a more distant work environment which in turn affected the business management. The Swedish Public Health Agency introduced restrictions which, among other things, consisted of distant work in order to reduce the spread of infection since people are in the need of adapting their way of life.
