Parking guidance system : Added slideshow feature to a parking guidance webpage

Abstract: This report summarizes a thesis project that was done under the order of Swarco Karlstad, a company that is working with traffic solutions. The thesis work is a part of the project called Parking Guidance, which is a web application that helpsthe client to manage their parking facilities. The task was to create a webpage where the client can manage different types of commercial screen banners. The client who has access to the webpage can upload images to the database and these images can then be displayed as a slideshow in a screen of their choice. During the project a webpage was created as a part of the Parking Guidance web application Pled. The main task of the webpage is to allow the client to upload images, display these images and create a link to a standalone page where these images will be displayed in a slideshow in random order. The future improvement for this page is to fit these images into different screen banner types and even to be able to display them in a slideshow in a pre-decided order.
