  1. 1. Cross project Just-In-Time bug detection

    University essay from Karlstads universitet/Institutionen för matematik och datavetenskap (from 2013)

    Author : Axel Pettersson; [2024]
    Keywords : JITLine; Bug detection; Software Development; JITLine; Bugg identifiering; Mjukvaruutveckling;

    Abstract : Software is present in almost all aspects of our lives, and with more parts of life beingdriven by code, the importance of limiting bugs is critical. Studies have shown that thelonger a bug is present in a system increases the complexity of finding and handlingthe bug. READ MORE

  2. 2. Redox Materials in Hydrogen Production : Investigation of state-of-the-art redox materials in thermochemical cycles for hydrogen production via solar energy

    University essay from KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Author : Saga Berneryd; [2023]
    Keywords : ;

    Abstract : This bachelor thesis work has investigated different redox materials in 2-step thermochemical water splitting processes for solar-driven hydrogen production. Materials have been mapped out by their results from experimental activity and by the conditions the tests were conducted in. READ MORE

  3. 3. Multiple-Emitter Super-resolution Imaging using the Alternating Descent Conditional Gradient Method

    University essay from Lunds universitet/Beräkningsbiologi och biologisk fysik - Genomgår omorganisation; Lunds universitet/Institutionen för astronomi och teoretisk fysik - Genomgår omorganisation

    Author : Dolev Illouz; [2023]
    Keywords : super-resolution; alternating descent conditional gradient method; ADCG; multiple-emitter localization; nanoscale imaging; single molecule tracking; Physics and Astronomy;

    Abstract : This thesis examines the state-of-the-art 2D super-resolution technique alternating descent conditional gradient (ADCG) method's ability to accurately localize fluorophores in diffraction-limited single molecule images (SMI) and analyze the impact of pre-processing and post-processing modules on ADCG's fluorophore localization. A synthetic dataset obtained from the 2013 Grand Challenge localization microscopy and a temporally linked dataset obtained from an unpublished set of Optical DNA mapping experiments performed by Jonathan Jeffet at the NanoBioPhotonix Lab at Tel-Aviv University were initially segmented to extract their noise parameters. 4. 4. Not just an object : Representation, disruption, and intention in contemporary art using human remains

    University essay from Uppsala universitet/Konstvetenskapliga institutionen

    Author : Frida Mård; [2023]
    Keywords : Human remains; representation; contemporary art; disruption; material; intention; bodies; proper care; subject object; self;

    Abstract : This essay explores the instances in which human remains were used as material for contemporary artworks. Partly, the aim of the research is to find out why these materials are used and why it is important for the intended purpose of the artist that they do so. READ MORE

  5. 5. Digitally Controlled Oscillator Topologies for mm-Wave Pulsed Coherent Radar

    University essay from Lunds universitet/Institutionen för elektro- och informationsteknik

    Author : Klas Junskog; [2023]
    Keywords : oscillators; mm-wave; radar; Technology and Engineering;

    Abstract : The advancement of future generations of wireless communication and radar sensing warrants the need for mm-wave digitally controlled oscillators (DCOs) with high-frequency trade-offs in consideration. The purpose of this project is to investigate DCO topologies inspired from scientific literature. READ MORE
