Abstract: Background:Today, from the perspective of cardiovascular disease, myocardialinfarction is still the most common cardiovascular disease, and the incidence rate isincreasing year by year. Cardiac dysfunction and decreased quality of life are commoncomplications in patients with myocardial infarction. Exploring more effective exerciseinterventions to promote cardiac function recovery and improve the quality of life inpatients with myocardial infarction is crucial. Objective:The aim of the research is to describe exercise interventions for patients withmyocardial infarction. Methods:By using the search terms ‘myocardial infarction’ ‘exercise’ ‘interventions’,9 articles on exercise interventions related to patients with myocardial infarction weresystematically searched in PubMed to address the research questions.Result: Our research findings are divided into two themes, indoor exercise interventionand various intensity exercise interventions.Indoor exercise intervention includes yogaintervention , home-based exercise intervention and exercise intervention usingsuspension systems.Different intensities of exercise intervention include high-intensityexercise intervention and moderate intensity exercise intervention. These exerciseinterventions can improve the recovery of cardiac function and quality of life in patientswith myocardial infarction. Conclusion: We have found that various exercise interventions can be associated withthe recovery of cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction, in clinicalpractice, each intervention has its own scope of application. Therefore, nursing staff canuse them according to the specific situation of the patient and consider combining themwith other therapeutic exercise interventions based on professional recommendations tobetter promote the recovery of cardiac function and improve their quality of life.
