Abstract: Multinational organizations operating in a changing business environment endure recurring reorganizational efforts. The process of changing a multinational organization is an ambiguous and complex activity. To achieve the desired outcome from an organizational change, factors affecting the change are highly relevant to regard and act upon. This thesis aims to identify and to understand what factors are of importance to organizational change, and how they can be handled. The purpose of this master thesis project is to identify what affects organizational change in a multinational organization.
