Abstract: Background: Pregnancy is a complex and highly coordinated natural physiologicalprocess in which the embryo and fetus grow and develop in the mother's uterus, but itstill brings certain influence and burden to pregnant women. It is important formedical staff to care for pregnant women and increase their comfort during pregnancy,but difficult in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is therefore important thatnurses provide them with help and support to improve their quality of life in thecontext of the COVID-19 pandemic.Aim: To describe the women’s experience of pregnant maternal during COVID-19pandemicMethod: PubMed and Cinahl databases were used in this study, and literature over afive-year period was retrieved and selected. The authors selected articles according toPRISMA requirements and analyzed the contents of the articles by comparison andclassification. Based on the aim and research question, this study objectivelycompares and classifies 10 articles.Results: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the women’s experience of pregnantmaternal has changed dramatically. Some have an adaptive response to the stress ofchanges in their pregnancy care, while some others have ineffective adaptations. Thewomen’s experience of pregnant maternal during COVID-19 pandemic can begrouped in three categories: prenatal nursing care experience, intrapartum nursingcare experience, and postpartum nursing care experience.Conclusions: When COVID-19 occurs during an outbreak, different pregnant womenmay have different feelings about their nursing care experience. There is an imbalancebetween the COVID-19 pandemic and women seeking pregnancy care. Therefore,nurses should give some appropriate external support and correct psychologicaladvice and adjustment can improve the quality of maternal nursing care experience.Keywords: COVID-19, Experience, Maternal
