  1. 1. Examples of G-Hom-Associative Algebras

    University essay from Mälardalens universitet/Akademin för utbildning, kultur och kommunikation

    Author : Felicia Modin; [2024]
    Keywords : G-hom-associative algebra; hom-associative algebra; hom-Lie admissible algebra;

    Abstract : In this thesis we look at hom-associative algebras (which turn out to be exactly the G1-hom-associative algebras), by, in two and three dimensions, trying to find the structure constants for which an algebra becomes hom-associative when the homomorphism 𝛼 is defined as different matrix units. These algebras are also hom-Lie admissible (or G6-hom-associative, which turn out to be the same thing) with a commutator, so we also find the commutator for each of these hom-Lie admissible algebras. 2. 2. Hom-Lie algebras and deformations

    University essay from Mälardalens högskola/Akademin för utbildning, kultur och kommunikation

    Author : Germán García Butenegro; [2019]
    Keywords : Lie; Hom-Lie; quasi-Lie; derivations; Witt; Virasoro; central extensions.;

    Abstract : Document intends to re-establish Hom-Lie algebra theory for a wider class of morphisms on the underlying coefficient algebra. A look is taken into deformed Witt and Virasoro algebras and a new direction is taken into further quasi-Hom-Lie VIrasoro-type extensions for different Witt algebras. .. READ MORE

  3. 3. Twisted derivations, quasi-hom-Lie algebras and their quasi-deformations

    University essay from Mälardalens högskola/Akademin för utbildning, kultur och kommunikation

    Author : Philip Bergander; [2017]
    Keywords : quasi-hom-Lie algebra; hom-Lie algebra; Lie algebra; Twisted derivation; sigma derivation; quasi-Lie algebra; derivation; quasi deformation; quasi-deformation; twisted vector field; polynomial algebra; quotient ring;

    Abstract : Quasi-hom-Lie algebras (qhl-algebras) were introduced by Larsson and Silvestrov (2004) as a generalisation of hom-Lie algebras, which are a deformation of Lie algebras. Lie algebras are defined by an operation called bracket, [·,·], and a three-term Jacobi identity. READ MORE
