  1. 1. United through Division: An Innovative Approach to European Monetary Policy : A Study of the Optimal Currency Areas in the European Union through Cluster Analysis Conducted on Samples Between 2007–2019

    University essay from Linköpings universitet/Nationalekonomi; Linköpings universitet/Filosofiska fakulteten

    Author : Marinda Gadén; Alexander Granberg; [2023]
    Keywords : European Union; Monetary Union; Cluster Analysis; European Monetary Union; Euro; Europäische Union; Währungsunion; Klusteranalyse; Europäische Wirtschafts-und Währungsunion; Euro; Europeiska unionen; valutaunion; klusteranalys; europeiska monetära unionen; Euro;

    Abstract : The study deals with the theory of optimal currency areas complemented with the EU's Maastricht criteria in order to investigate how today’s Economic and Monetary Union of the European Union can be divided into smaller unions with countries that are more homogeneous based on said criteria compared to the current larger currency union. 4. 4. Patterning of the neural tube: A 3D computational modelling approach

    University essay from Lunds universitet/Institutionen för astronomi och teoretisk fysik - Genomgår omorganisation; Lunds universitet/Beräkningsbiologi och biologisk fysik - Genomgår omorganisation

    Abstract : Neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s can be treated with stem-cell derived specialized neurons. In order to achieve precise directed neural differentiation in vitro we need to understand the gene regulatory mechanisms behind in vivo neural tube patterning. READ MORE

  5. 5. Visual Tracking Using Stereo Images

    University essay from Linköpings universitet/Datorseende

    Author : Carl Dehlin; [2019]
    Keywords : Visual Tracking; Stereo Vision; DCF; Discriminative Correlation Filters;

    Abstract : Visual tracking concerns the problem of following an arbitrary object in a video sequence. In this thesis, we examine how to use stereo images to extend existing visual tracking algorithms, which methods exists to obtain information from stereo images, and how the results change as the parameters to each tracker vary.
