  1. 1. Filmstudier i en urban transformationsprocess : exemplet Lokstallarna

    University essay from SLU/Dept. of Landscape Architecture, Planning and Management (from 130101)

    Author : Alma Rödholm; [2022]
    Keywords : film; urban transformation; landskapsrepresentation; ; post-industriella platser; site-studier;

    Abstract : Utifrån intresset för reflektion kring de verktyg och metoder vi landskapsarkitekter använder oss av då vi utforskar och representerar landskap undersöker detta arbete vad filmmediet, testat genom ett antal filmstudier, kan tillföra till Lokstallarnas pågående transformationsprocess. Med målet att undersöka vilka tankar och frågor som filmmediet väcker kring Lokstallarna vid site-studier i fält syftar arbetet till att bidra med ett inlägg i diskussionen kring landskapsarkitektens repertoar av representationsmetoder. 2. 2. Genetic code expansion and dCas9-DAXXHBD as synthetic routes for epigenome editing

    University essay from Högskolan i Skövde/Institutionen för hälsovetenskaper

    Author : Michael Schrempf; [2020]
    Keywords : ;

    Abstract : Epigenome editing has become a promising new tool to study the effects of singular histone modifications on the transcriptional activity of mammalian cells. Although many different approaches have been developed during the recent years many approaches used dCas9 fused epigenetic effector proteins to deposit the epigenetic mark at target sites. READ MORE

  3. 3. Kvillepiren purifying park : exploring phytotechnology in site-specific landscape design

    Abstract : Three-dimensional literature is a virtually non-existent or in any case very rare and emergent digital art form, defined by the author as a unit of text, which is not confined to the two-dimensional layout of print literature, but instead mediated across all three axes of a virtual space. In collaboration with two artists the author explores through a bodystorming workshop how writers and readers could create and experience three-dimensional literature in mixed reality, by using mobile devices that are equipped with motion sensors, which enable users to perform embodied interactions as an integral part of the literary experience.
