Abstract: Understanding consumer behavior has been in the interest of researchers for the last few years and is in favor of businesses in order to deliver what the consumers want. With the outbreak of Covid-19 at the end of 2019 everyday life of people changed with restrictions being enforced, affecting consumer behavior. Thus, now more than ever, it is crucial to understand consumer behavior during these different times the world is experiencing. Consumer behavior has a broad meaning, but it includes, for instance, the way consumers make decisions, the way they spend their finances, with the list going on. So, in this paper, an online survey, with an observation unit of 73 respondents is provided for data collection to explore the changes in consumer behavior during the outbreak of covid-19 from two different countries.
